Erin and Oliver got married on October 12th, 2019. They had the most intimate wedding at an unusual venue, the New Haven Racoon club. The team over at creative concepts by Lisa transformed the venue into such an elegant reception. They went with a golden cake filled with mixed berry mousse. As for the design, it was frosted in a horizontal buttercream texture and added a cute, little campfire topper to tie in the fall theme of their wedding. They had a few fun dessert stations that included kettle corn, candy, and cupcakes. Along with the cake, we provided the cupcakes for the station. The flavors they went with for the special day were 4 different ones. A chocolate cupcake filled with cannoli cream filling topped with a cannoli shell, chocolate cake with oreo mousse and a mini oreo on top. The other two were our golden cupcake flavors one with our mixed berry mousse garnished with a fresh strawberry slice, and lastly, a golden cake filled with white chocolate mousse and garnished with white chocolate shavings. All the cupcakes were frosted in our vanilla French buttercream. The spread looked amazing along with everything else about their wedding day. We are so pleased that we were able to help out with such a special event for the two. We look forward to helping with many more celebrations to come!
