Who doesn’t want more cake? Fresh flowers and cake toppers are the most common ways to add height and drama to a wedding cake, but what about adding an extra tier? That’s exactly what Sarah and Blair did for their Madison Beach Hotel wedding. This 4-tier wedding cake was a golden cake, filled in alternating tiers with rich chocolate truffle and fluffy mixed berry fillings, and frosted with our signature vanilla French buttercream. Each tier was accented with a different hand-piped design: 2 & 1-pattern dots, paisley, 3-dot Swiss dots, and Queen Anne scrolls. It was finished with fresh peonies and pink and orange roses.
