We couldn’t be more thrilled to share that Michael and Ben’s Wedding was featured in the current issue of Inside Weddings!  The wedding took place at the gorgeous New Haven Lawn Club.  This was probably one of the most elaborate weddings we have participated in.  From the amazing five foot tall centerpieces to the place settings, one was instantly transported into another world when entering the ballroom.  It was an absolute pleasure working with Michael and Ben on the design and custom flavors.  The four-tier cake included pistachio cake with pistachio mousse and frosted with vanilla French buttercream.  Each tier was lined with a fondant silk impressioned gray ribbon.  Jennifer from Fleur de Lys Floral Company pulled it all together by cascading green cymbidium orchids down the side of the cake.  She also created the gorgeous backdrop of orchids which was also a vessel for holding the place cards.  Thanks to Robert Norman Photography for capturing all the details of this wedding.
